Incredible Incompetence

I ordered a headset from their online store on Wednesday the 8th of August, the check out confirmed I should have the order by the 10th.

Sat at home waiting for the delivery, finally called and was informed that they dont do deliveries on weekends, lovely.

Cancelled the order for obvious reasons, its now the 16th and no refund has been processed and seems to be utter confusion on their end.

On the brightside once this is processed and hopefully within this year, I can then choose to never interact with this utter clows show of a company ever again.
