Incredible Incompetence

Buying anything at IC is a breeze. You go in, pick your item and they debit you every month until it's paid up, there'll be some inconsistencies here and there but rarely anything major. That was my experience until I was a victim of theft. It has been 40 whole days that I've been in contact with this awful company and I'm still no closer to getting a simple yes or no answer.

I've called, emailed, went online only to either deal with sarcastic agents on the live chat or overpromising call centre ladies. Emails go unanswered, yet the debits go off month after month without a hitch. I'm up to my neck with this God-forsaken store. The employees make zero effort to contact me, the second I call in, I'm told my phone goes to voicemail, yet there's zero trace of them ever trying to reach me. I gave thm my email address, my PO Box, my dog's nyatsi's email hoping they'd reach out. Nothing has happened I 100% legitimately believe that they're praying every night and day that I die of Covid so they no longer have to deal with me.
