Incredible incompetence

I bought my daughter a tablet for school as they use it instead of paper handbooks. The tablet I purchased was the Lenovo Yoga Tab3. Over all we were very impressed but after 4 months the tablet started randomly locking the screen. You will just open and it locks again immediately. We then returned the tablet back to the store we purchased it where they changed the lockout timeout etc, later that day it did the same, we then went back to the store where we were told they will need to send it in to the supplier. The tablet was with the supplier for about 4 weeks before we were contacted that it was repaired and could collect it. On the day we collected it I started it up and infront of the in store technician it immediately did the same problem it was sent in for. We were then told by the technician that she will fight for credit so that we can get a new working tablet the following week and that she will contact us on that Monday, after not hearing back I contacted them on the Wednesday for an update where I ws told that head office is unwilling to assist by replacing the tablet and that it must be sent to the supplier for testing... where it just came from and was supposedly fixed... this is now on another 2 weeks and still I have no reply or any feedback... for the last 2 months my daughter did not have a handbook for school as it is the function of the tablet... she could prepare for her exams because she did not have a tablet which all have been explained to Incredible connection management but they are not concerned by any if it as I have to follow their processes to go through the supplier.. which we already did. We bought this tablet beand new in January... had it for 4 months and the last 2 months it has been at the store we bought it from and they are completely unwilling to just exchange the thing.. Anyone purchasing tablets for their kids for school I will stringly urge to avoid purchasing from Incredibly because if there are issues as there are with any electronic device you purchase, Incredible does not have a proper process in place to lessen the inpact it will have on your childs education, I will urge you to rather find a place that can guarantee to have your child back up as soon as possible. 2 months in and there is no update from incredible on when or how it will be resolved ither than we will call you when we find out.... which they have not done once... I have had to call everytime.
