Incredible idiots

I went to the incredible store in Kimberley to request for drivers for laptop to be just put on flash drive which I wanted to buy, they did not want to do this as they tried to convince me to take in my laptop for windows to be reloaded. It seems that the technical people are either stupid or they just want to do unnecessary work to give you a huge bill
