Incredible Horrible connection

Horrible Connection not incredible connection, poor service unreliable product/laptop/TV that are sold in that place not to mention the delays. Why must I pay when I have extended warranty on the laptop that I bought from them? The fault occurred a month after I bought the laptop. Took it back, they fix it or claim that it was fix. Last month it did the same again and I took it back for the same problem. Now they claim I must pay for R557. Is not damaged its a factory fault that they fail to fix.
