Incredible Empy promises

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed three orders on the weekend(This first order was placed on Friday 17 April at 10AM in the Morning), the other two orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. It is now Wednesday and still not one of the orders have even been processed. I chose to do the live chat option as you cannot get hold of them otherwise. Spoke to Tony, who then advised me that my last order has been cancelled. WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR REQUEST. Received an email that the order has now been placed again. So now the order is being delayed once more by three days. This is absolutely pathetic. They state 2-5 Business days delivery when placing the order, but by business day 4 the order has not even been processed. I understand with lockdown in place things are not the way they used to be. But yesterday i received an order from Rain the next business day so they cant use that as an excuse. To anyone considering ordering something in lock down from Incredible *******ion please look else where or rather wait till after lock down and use another company. Empty promises and utter uselessness from their live chat. STAY AWAY
