Incredible dissatisfaction!

I visited Incredible Connection, Mall of Africa yesterday to buy a laptop. I told the salesperson to unlock it (view some technical specs) because I was certain of the exact model I wanted. He started asking other sales people in the store for the password when he realized he didn't know it, which is where the issue began. And in this manner, it oscillated. The manager was unable to assist when I questioned why this is happening. I made the choice to leave the shop after thirty minutes. I then went to the store in Centurion Mall. Although they didn't have any inventory on the floor, they provided me with far better assistance. I won't ever go back to the shop in the Mall of Africa. Awfully unprofessional
