Incredible dishonest!!

Paid online for instore pick up of a printer at Shelly beach Southcoast mall.When setting up the printer it was faulty not reconising the printer cartridges.Upon following the instruction we also realised that the brackets and tape that needed to be removed was non existing.It also had ten crushed A4 printing papers and old printing cartridge packaging in the sealed box it came with??? Store manager said we had to pay for another printer and wait 5 working days for a refund although the stock came out of their store???
