incredible disgusting service

incredible connection Gateway has absolutely shocking service.over a month have been waiting for an insurance claim.get NO feedback.You basically have to call them constantly, either u wait on hold or be told either the manager or person that assited you instore will call...but guess they loose ur number probably..or only sales are important and not after service!disgusting service!!!
