Incredible disconnection pathetic service

I ordered an item on 19 June 2020. The website states that delivery will take place in 2-5 days. I received an email and sms confirming the order and the contact details to track the order. After 3 days I started using the tracking facility. There was no tracking information for the order. I then sent a number of emails. No response. I then submitted a complaint via their website. Still no response. Last time I ever use Incredible DISconnection.
