Incredible Disconnection - False advertising

I heard an advert on the radio station Highveld 94.7, during the morning show, for a portable harddrive that is so small you can fit into your pocket, priced at R999. A colleague bought this harddrive from the Rosebank Mall branch however they did not have enough stock so the store informed me that the Greenstone Mall branch has stock. I drove all the way to Greenstone only to find out that they are not going to sell it to me and the manager, Pule Nonyani, did not hear about the advert and tried to offer me a desktop harddrive instead for that price which is not what was advertised. I drove all the way there to buy a portable harddrive not a desktop drive. The advert mentioned nothing about a desktop drive. My time, money and fuel was wasted in pursuit of this item and the manager was very arrogant to me saying that the Incredible Connection headoffice and the Rosebank branch must have done a \mess up"and he cant help me.<br> <br> This is Incredibly inconsiderate and completely misleading to advertise and thereafter not honour the advert especially after much effort from my part to be a customer.
