Incredible Disconnection

Manager Velapi questioned me not having “a contingency plan” when my new laptop was admitted for repairs for 7 to 21 working days! My livelihood is seriously impacted by this unreasonable length of time.

Should I have purchased TWO laptops?

No attempt whatever was made: no loan machine, no estimate on how long I’ll be inconvenienced, just a sanctimonious store manager who chose to patronise.

Incredible yes, connected no.
