Incredible Disconnection

Last year, April, I bought a laptop antitheft backpack at Incredible Connection Secunda. In October one of the strip clamps broke, and since the merchandise was still covered by their one year warranty I took it back to the shop. The branch manager who completed my claim told me they will have to send the item to the manufacturer who will either fix it or give me a new one. He said I must come back after two weeks. I came after three weeks, he promised that they will call me to give me a new bag! In December, I went to the shop again after I was not called, he refused to meet me! In two months time, the warranty of the bag will run out and I have used it only for 5 months! I must say I am Incredibly Disconnected with this franchise! They treat customers like dirt! All they want from us is our money, they don't honour their part of the bargain! Secunda Incredible Connection, I want my bag!
