Incredible Disconnection

I visited the branch at Vaal Mall yesterday which was scheduled to close at 16:00. When I got there 10 minutes before the time, the store was already closed. I then asked one of the customer consultants what their trading hours were and he rep**** by saying they'd already closed. When I pointed out that it wasn't 16:00 yet, he became aggressive and basically told me that I should have come earlier! Fail!
