INCREDIBLE DISASTER!!

My son really wanted to buy the XBox Series S special as advertised on the internet. We went to Somerset Mall and were told that they don't have stock. I phoned Stellenbosch branch and was told to go back to Somerset Mall as the system shows they do have stock. We went back to Somerset Mall just to be told that they can't sell the one they have as it has been sold on contract. We were then advised to buy it on their website and get it delivered at Somerset Mall branch for collection. We went onto the internet and the special no longer app**** but continued with the order and included a monitor as well, followed the steps and requested delivery at Somerset Mall. The payment was made and funds deducted successfully from my account. We then got a call from Incredible Connection at Somerset Mall to tell us they don't have stock - WHICH WE KNOW - and that we need to collect the items ordered at whichever store has availability, even if we need to drive 50+ km after I was told we can order online for delivery! We then requested cancellation of the order as this is honestly not what we were informed of from the beginning and now we are told it will take up to 14 business days for the refund!!!!!!

Thank you for NOTHING, for terrible service and for breaking young hearts that saved months!!!!
