Incredible disappointment (Connection)

<p>Approximately 3 weeks ago I ordered an HP8500A printer head at Heidelberg Mall branch of Incredible Connection & paid an up front deposit of R850. Yesterday the Heidelberg branch informed me that their Head Office, which is responsible for ordering from the supplier, says it will take another 3 weeks!!!! Not good enough. This is not the stone age!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Heidelberg Branch have been very good keeping me updated on progress (ironically of which there is none) but Incredible Connection Head Office is really disappointing considering I told IC that I run a business from home & need my printer.</p>
