Incredible disappointment

Incredible Connection was my worst experience this morning.

After my laptop crashed this morning I went online and found a nice laptop within my price range 10k-20k, I just needed something to get by with.

When I walked in the Tygervalley branch at about 9am, no one welcomed me to I just strolled in and darted for the laptops... I found a few within my price range and a few cheaper, but I couldn't find someone to help me. No one came to ask me anything, I saw another customer helped, but not me. So I continued to stroll aimlessly throught the aisles until I was at the door and after 30 minutes I left. Asked a passerby for another computer shop and purchased my laptop there.
