Incredible disappointment

Was sold a Lenovo laptop and told how amazing it is at the East London incredible connection, what a terrible product this is the hinges keep coming off and it doesn't charge the laptop it's a struggle, with their poor lead times to repair it you have to take it in yourself this is 2nd time under warranty that it has to be repaired, you spend so much money for something that is such bad quality and they won't even just replace the device! When I took it the 2nd time for repairs there was another lady with the same Lenovo brand where the hinges on her pc came off completely and her laptop struggles to charge too.

Why are you selling us these poor quality products hut expect us to pay an arm and a leg for it!!!
