Incredible Dis Connection

Recently i purchased and paid for two TVS on line , and was charged for the TV license. a week later I was notified that the price was incorrect and they cannot honour the transaction. After complaining they still refuse to honour the transaction.

this is really disappointing after spending over R 40 000 with them in the last few months. will NEVER support them in future

they want to refund the purchase price but not the TV license.

this is totally unacceptable
