Incredible delivery of incorred item

<p>I ordered an Apple Lightning-USB camera adapter MD1 online from Incredible Connection. When I received the delivery, even though it stated the righ item on the tax invoice, the item included in the package is a Lightning to VGA adapter. It is the wrong item with a distinct different name, product code and description. The picture on the box even shows what is inside and that it is not correct.</p>
