Incredible Delivery Disaster

I was today's years old when I learnt that Incredible Connection and Hifi corporation are literally the same company, learnt that if u order from incredible connection you are either going to get your stock from Hi Fi Corp or Incredible Connection, If they say 2 to 5 working days means 3mths or longer, or that even if the stock is in Durban, and delivery for Durban , they will send your package to Port Elizabeth then back to Durban ??? And based on the number of complaints being handled by an auto robot, we have to sit back and watch the **** show happen to unsuspecting customers waiting patiently for their product to be delivered. R100 saved doesn't not equate to the phone calls, man hours to chase up on a paid order.
