Incredible Deception

Bought a redmi smar****ch 3. None was on display to try on. Got home unboxed and noticed the strap don’t close around my wrist. Returned it with all stickers intact and box and was charged a 15% handling fee. Absolute nonsense. Bunch of ******* Incredible Deception.
