Incredible deception

I have bought an item from the Incredible connection website. An iPad cover, which I found under their essentials listing...things they say will be delivered under lockdown. I paid and then waited out the 2-5 business day delivery. Nothing happened. I went under the order tracking and saw that nothing is moving, apart from the order being confirmed and paid for. I made numerous attempts to speak to agents on the phone...chat...sent e-mails, being promised that it will be sorted out. Nothing happened I then used those various channels again trying to cancel my order and getting my money back...nothing happened I get no response from them and when I get hold of an agent after waiting for hours...then I am told it will be escalated and Head Office will get back to me WATCH OUT! They are taking our money, whilst they have probably gone bankrupt!
