Incredible customer chat agent

Pathetic online service from customer care via WhatsApp chat to the agent, everyone gives the standard response of not able to understand my request, and say good day. Black Friday sale is there wanted to buy few items, however can’t make a purchase as the website is not able to save my address and can’t go further to do payment, and it’s keep on asking what’s your street number and shows red statement to put street number, god help them for providing such pathetic customer services.
