Incredible ******!

I bought a macbook air from incredible connection.. The device has a speaker problem! They refuse to take it back or replace it with a functional one, instead they want to charge me 15% handling fee. They claim the device was taken into Istore and was deemed fully functional with no proof of evaluation!! All im saying is rather go to Istore!! Terrible service
