Incredible *******ions Kollenade Incompetence and Arrogance

The only reason I am giving a 1 star is because 0 and negative stars are not possible. They are the most rude, arrogant, lazy and *********** staff of any business/company/services provider I have ever dealt with - especially at the Kollenade Mall in Pretoria. All the employees at the branch have this attitude, is if they are doing the customer a favour and are not really interested in doing their jobs. The manager sits at the back of the store and does not come out.
