Incredible *******ion Strikes again

<p>Bought a 4mg uncapped line from them, when i get speed of 11kb/s i am told that the line is extremely busy and its normal. Actualy typing this on my phone as the 3g is faster. Not sure how 100% slower is ok when you need to use it. Increible connection 4mbs uncapped is like being back on a modem. I once had a turtle move faster than this , and that turtle had a hernia and hemaroids. </p>
