Incredible *******ion - Poor service, poor products

That one star should really be -10...

Bought a Printer from Incredible *******ion on the30th of September 2022. I used the printer once and thereafter it never worked a single moment.

I returned the Printer to the store on the 4th of December and they informed me that the technician would look at it by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went - No callback or explanation.

I went to the store today. They inform me that they cannot get the printer to work. I asked for it to be replaced as it is clearly a defective product. Now they have a 14 day replacement policy, after which they will send it away for repairs of if the supplier deem the product unrepairable, replace it (well maybe)

This is news to me since there is no indication that they have such a policy, The slip simply says 3 year warranty and that is it.

Incredible *******ion will never ever see a cent of money spent from me in future. If they were the only tech supplier left in the country, I would pay import duties to avoid doing business with them.
