Incredible *******ion no more Incredible Connection

<p>The experience is absolutely ****ndious. They do not contact you with your queries.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought an Acer laptop on the Black friday deals via the internet. The payment went through form my side, but Incredible say they never received the payment. Because Incredible believe they did not recieve the money, they cancelled the order. After numerous phone calls and three different email addresses (which contained the proof of payment) nothing is sorter. I am out of money and would wish for this to be sorted. The only explanation I get, is that they have a backlog and will revert back to me. This is ongoing since the 25th of November. Why did Incredible Connections not look at their bankstatements before they cancelled the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and I want to warn people against the buying of computers via the internet.</p>
