Incredible *******ION more like it

I've been an avid online shopper for many years now, supporting from small to very large e-tailers, and the WORST by far must be the useless ****s at Incredible *******ion. I placed an online order on 23/06 with delivery being 3-5 working days which is acceptable, on 29th their website showed still awaiting the unit at which time I decided to cancel order, few days later website still showed awaiting stock and I cancelled again, on the 9/07 cancelled again and then received notification of parcel at couriers, on the 10/07 parcel arived which I then declined. From then on after too many attempts to make contact with them through ANY means as mails do not get answered or rep**** to, phones the same, NO WAY of getting refund, if you like to suffer and get ****** you should really do business with them, the word pathetic do not do them justice and I hope the close doors soon.
