incredible *******ion laptop missing !!!!!!

My laptop was given in at incredible connection shop 24 cnr Hendrick potgietr&diedrics west rand for a quote on repairs I was telephonicly notiphied that it was not only software reload as per job instructions on the job card I received witch stated Windows reload no charge so after a year of no feedback I decided to visit the store only to find it had been closed down I was not notified of this or asked to come collect my laptop now it has been 3 weeks after countless phone calls that I had to make after being told we will get back to you regarding the laptop I have spoken to customer relations manager ankia who was quite polite on the phone and reassuring me that she will get back to me that lady has not once called me back to even ask what is being done to help me I went as far as asking the operator to fowerd me to sumbody in higher management so I was put threw to a John no idea his position but still I have no joy so all I really want is my laptop back and if I am told one more time your girlfriend came to collect it I'm going to pull my hair out and if she did pick it up I would like to see the charge sheet where she had signed for the laptop it's not that complicated !!!!!
