Incredible *******ion Indeed

Purchased a laptop online, once I received it, it became apparent that the screen did not work and I was unable to set it up. Called 3 times, visited a store (who confirmed it was a factory issue but were unable to replace due to not having the model) and I am still sitting with a useless device and apparently no means of rectifying the situation.
