I purchased an item now almost a week ago, they said max five-day delivery. but their website wasn't updating

On day 5 when I checked on my order again (First time they said it was fine and would be delivered lasted Friday via their in-site chat 45 minutes later) so when I contacted them on Friday, asking for a tracking number or even if I was going to get my purchase that day they said it was in the warehouse and they seem like there is an issue but they cannot help me they will have to lodge a complaint (this was after waiting for over an hour) and to this day I haven't received new on the complaint and still don't know what is happening about my order.
