Incredible *******ion

So I buy a playstation online from Incredible Connection; to be collected from their Mall of the South store on 20 March. After numerous enquiries, I get a call from the latter to inform me oops, we made a mistake with the price. Just at our Store, you are the second customer (sucker) to fall for this false advertising. But here is our HO contact detail, please sort this out with them. I contact them, tell them I need this item for my Son's birthday Saturday; only to receive an email 'oops, we did it again' - but do not fret, we refunded you. I am livid! Any reason I should not keep calling them Incredible '*******ion'??!
