Incredible *******ion

Worst online experience ever. Orders an item on discount before black Friday. Did a couple of follow ups as there was no movement on the order, was told it has been escalated. Now I am getting told the item is out of stock, can we start a refund process. I don't want to start any process with this company other than receiving the order for the price I paid for it. Rather stick to reputable online sellers. After all these years Incredible *******ion still lives up to its name.
