Incredible *******ion and Incredible Connection

I purchased a MacBook from Incredible Connection (Clearwater Mall) on 01 Sep 2019 and only did so because the salesmen indicated that it came free with a permanent O365 family package as a special offer. This convinced me to buy from this store and not from the official iStore. The store technician loaded the software for me, indicating that if there ever was any problem with the software, I could delete it and re-install it directly from my Microsoft account which he created for me using my email address. I subsequently had a operating system issue which required me to delete the hard drive and reinstall everything. However, my Microsoft account shows no record of any purchases of the O365 package. I queried this with Incredible connection whose response to me from the store manager is as follows: 1) The invoice does not show any purchase of the O365 package. My response is that it is not my problem as I would not think that anything provided free would need to be reflected on the invoice for me to pint out this issue upon purchases. I would naturally believe that because it was free, it would not reflect. In fact, I did not even think to check the invoice for this. 2) Incredible Connection (IC) never offered such a package free, and if they did it would have been only for a year. My response is that it was loaded by an IC technician at the store without me paying (so it was free) and was used until a couple of weeks ago before the iOS issue was experienced. This exceeded a year, so the free package was definitely not one requiring an annual subscription. 3) The store manager imp**** that I colluded with the salesperson to have the software *******ly loaded to my machine. If that was the case, why did I go to the store, to the first salesman that was available to seek support. I would have immediately asked for the original salesman. Furthermore, I am outraged that the store manager imp**** such an ******* act from me. The store manager and IC owe me a huge apology for the remark that "I organised the software with the salesman". In fact, it is my belief that what may have occurred was that the salesman, desperate to make a sale, **** to me about the free software and therefore offered to load it for me on my behalf. They then proceeded to *******ly load the software on my machine. Hence, no record on my Microsoft account which he offered to create at he time.

I am now unfairly compromised due to the ******* action of IC staff and being labelled a "*****" by the manager without even consulting with me. IC need to apologise to me for their action, and need to compensate me for being in a disadvantaged position due to their ********** staff. I would never have made the original purchase from IC had the offer of the free software not been included. this influenced my purchasing decision.
