Incredible *******ion

My husband purchased two laptops online on 29th November. He then decided to return it to the store (Pavilion branch) as he decided on another brand. He was not provided with a tax invoice when he purchased the items. He has contacted the call centre numerous times, has a reference number, and has still not received refund for the items he returned. He has been phoning almost daily and receives no help at all. This is just blatant ******* as the store has the laptops, refuses to give us a tax invoice for a refund, and just do not bother. Pathetic service. Will never ever purchase from this store again!!!!!!!!
