Incredible *******ion

More like incredible *******ion. Somerset Mall branch has given me nothing but problems. They refuse to give me a refund on a product that doesn't work. They want me to pay R200 just to get my refund back after having it for less than 14 days still in original packaging and the receipt. Shocking service. The Manger was rude and refuses to talk to me, just walks away. I will NEVER purchase another product from them.
