<p>So I do the whole in house finance story for a laptop I would like to purchase. I go through a tedious procedure with an instore consultant to get the application submitted. I get a call the following day saying that its been approved and they just awaiting a release note, an hour or so passes and I make my way to the store to ask why its taking so long. When I get there the con advises me that the application was not captured correctly, I ask why suddenly this issue? She says no my gross salary was captured incorrectly they should have captured the lowest one but I did advised that I recently changed jobs and now work on a fixed salary. They asked for my latest payslip it thats obviously pointless as they refer to a salary from three months ago. I want this rectified as a financial they should have been able to prove my new salary via my HR department. </p>
