Incredible *******ion

I placed a order nearly 2 + Weeks ago. The order was just cancelled and on the email it says as per my request , I requested no such thing, I have been patient and understand constraints of the lock down and I am patiently waiting for it to be delivered after lockdown but the audacity to cancel my order and after I called their contact center last week to confirm if everything is still good. First time buying online from them and what a let down.
