Poor customer service and no interest from Rosebank dudes to help with info and explanation. Had to leave after wasting 15min when the guys were doing nothing but chatting with a girl (four guys, one girl). May be I wasn't as attacive as her (as a gent, I don't have god-made curves), but at least come and help me then go back to your testosterone rush.
