<p>Returned a faulty item to Menlyn incredible connection and you guys gave us a gift card after taking our details, we misplaced the card and even though the card has not been used and I have the voucher number you refuse to re issue me with my voucher claiming ***** is a problem, how can there be ***** if you know you issued the card to me and I haven't used it? It's been 3 weeks and still no feedback, can some one help me I refuse to lose R3600 because of your plain straight forward incompetence </p>
