Incredible *******ion. Went to the mall of the south branch and it's a nightmare. I chose the laptop that I wanted and was going to put it on a vodacom account. The laptop was on special at R 709 per month in their booklet but I was refused this deal because I didn't want to put it on a business account. It doesn't say anywhere on the leaflet that it is only for businesses. This company is full of false advertising. When trying to find out more details from the manager he refuses to give a reason. He just sits in his office and watches YouTube. The manager of the mall of the south branch is a disgrace to your brand and should be dealt with accordingly. I have never experienced such unprofessionalizm from a member of management before. He didn't even have the decency to pause his show he was watching on his phone while speaking to me
