I would like to warn everyone out there of this pathetic online service. On the 28th of November i ordered an fitbit which i cancelled the next day. Yusrah at incredible connection and Hendrick told me that the refund was made on the 7th of December still i have not received any funds back they told me a lady with the name Princess made the refund. Now i am still waiting. And all of a sudden we cannot get hold of any of them. So i would like to say watch out they commit *****.
