Incredible *******ion
I bought a cell phone on 2 september and was told that I could return it in 14 days if I was unhappy with it. This was told to me by Bheki the salesman. Today I returned it, totally unhappy about connectivity and other issues, and was prepared to pay R1500 more for another model. The manager a young indian woman, was totally rude to me and even laughed at me. I urge consumers to stay away or be very wary of this store. Do not believe anything you are told...

16 Sept 2017, 04:46I called Incredible Connection help line, and was treated very well on the sunday. Monday I recieved an email from them, and was called by Shaun. I was called 20 min after this by the manageress of Fourways, and was told that I may change the phone but there was a 15% handling fee.
