INCREDIBLE *******ION

I am unimpressed with the service I have received at the Incredible Connection at The Nicolway, <br> I bought a car charger for my phone for the second time and both don't work and gives me an error on my phone saying that the product doesn't support my phone and I have taken it back to them the first time and they refunded me and now I took it back the second and they refuse to refund me and are literally forcing me to take a store voucher if I cannot take an alternate product. <br> <br> I have stressed it to them that I'd rather take a refund go somewhere as clearly their products are not working properly. Nowhere in their receipt terms and conditions does it say they will give me a voucher when I am unsatisfied by their product. I do not trust their products any more and why would I take a store voucher when I need a charger that works and can be compatible with my phone
