Incredible *******ion

I placed my order on 29 November and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my delivery!! Their systems messed up my delivery address and my order went back to the warehouse without any attempt to contact me to rectify the situation. After filing a formal complaint, emails upon emails, Phone calls and onsite messenger conversations all I'm told is that the matter has been escalated and I must just wait for someone to contact me!! Oh and let's not forget Tammy from the call center who **** to me and said my order would be delivered yesterday and she had corrected the error on the system. Come on guys! Complete disregard for the customer - but they are very happy to take ur money! First and last time...
