Incredible *******ion
Over a month ago I had an unplanned power cut. When the electricity came on my iPad and laptop would not turn on and my iPad had a cracked screen. Both devices were under a year old. Both under warranty. I had also purchased an extended warranty from incredible connection at Sandton city along with software and many other IT supplies. I am a very regular customer. Apple returned my fixed iPad under two weeks later free of charge. It's been over month and in this time incredible connections have been unacceptably disgusting. They cracked my screen and called me to tell me they will not cover physical damage. I was confused and at work when isupportforlife called me and I said that my laptop was under warranty. He said he will be taking the laptop back to the store. I was rushing to another meeting and in a lift when he called so I sent him an email poorly worded trying to explain that Apple hadn't given me an issue and I had actually cracked that screen so it should still be fine since incredible connection cracked my screen. Celeste obnoxiously calls to say that three people say it was brought in cracked but she can't provide me with the cctv recording. I still don't have my laptop
