Incredible Connnection Incredible Awful Service

I bought a pair of JBL Wireless earphones online during September 2019. Last week sometime the earphones right speaker stopped working entirely. I logged two complaints on their website and all response that I got was that a representative would contact me. 10 December 2019 and still nothing from them. Is this the way you treat customers Incredible Connection. Incredible service that you offering.
