INCREDIBLE CONNETION

<p>Worst service I have ever experianced. Returned a laptop under warranty for a speaker fault. Wa told it would take two weeks. Got the unit back almos 4 weeks later, only to find that my HD has been whiped completely without my concent or any form of back up. Returned the laptop and now we are again at week 3 almos, still with no news or updates. If we don't contact them, we stay in the dark. So what do we do? I</p>
